FACILITY SAFETY RULES

  • A waver must be signed before use of any of the equipment by any user who is 18 years of age or older (Parents or Guardian must sign for any minors)
  • No one under the age of six (6) years old is permitted to use the batting cages
  • Anyone under the age of 16 must have adult supervision on site.
  • Helmets and bats must be provided by the user unless using the facility helmet and/or bat.
  • No profanity or vulgar language/gesture will be permitted.
  • No person under the influence of Drugs or Alcohol is permitted to use the batting cages.
  • Misconduct will result in immediate termination of privileges.
  • Only Friends Pavilion, LLC personnel are permitted to adjust pitching machines.

COVID-19

  • Wash and/or sanitize your hand before and after your practice.
  • No outside food or drinks allowed inside the facility except water.
  • All participants has to maintain social distancing(6 ft) at all the times inside the facility.
  • Maximum 4 people inside a batting cage at any given time.
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth with unwashed hand
  • Cover your mouth while Coughing and sneeze in a tissue and throw the tissue.
  • IF FEELING SICK OR HAVE RECENTLY TRAVEL OUTSIDE THE STATE PLEASE STAY AT HOME

SAFETY

  • No outside food or drinks allowed inside the facility except water.
  • Littering in or around the facility is prohibited.
  • All participants play at their own risk
  • Batting helmet is Required
  • No cleats, flip-flops etc. – Batters must wear closed-toed shoes.
  • Pick up all balls after hitting and return to their proper place
  • Do not throw balls back at pitching machines
  • If machines are pitching out of the strike zone, immediately alert the batting cage attendant.
  • Players should be alert at all time
  • Watch for balls rolling under feet
  • Close gate at all times when entering or exiting the cages

CAUTION!

  • Injuries could result from the use of bowling machines or other devices. Users should assume the inherent risks of batting leather balls, baseballs and softballs. If users have any questions about the use of the equipment or the inherent risks associated with the use of the equipment, please ask the staff.
  • Report all accidents immediately
