TRM Fitness & Sports Performance was established in 2017 with a mission to provide innovative and fun ways for individuals to take back their lives and reach their health and fitness goals, in addition to providing an avenue for athletes of all levels to improve their craft. The primary areas of expertise include cutting edge programs for weight loss, strength & conditioning, and speed and agility, to simply help clients reach optimum health. TRM has highly qualified fitness instructors that pride themselves in helping individuals reach their goal.  Their product and services include personal training, bootcamps, and specialties in the areas of basketball, football, baseball, softball, and volleyball. TRM also offers youth sports clinics and camps.

Coach Wayne

Coach Wayne Mckoy is the face and force behind TRM. He is a passionate individual who is enthusiastic about helping people meet their goals. “I feel that it is my purpose and calling to reach people in a way that will enhance their way of thinking and understand there is no substitute for hard work"  As an articulate and accomplished fitness expert, Coach Wayne is a certified personal trainer and accredited interscholastic coach with a broad coaching and training portfolio that spans over 15 years of coaching basketball, football, and track & field to athletes in youth, high school, collegiate sports and also at the professional level. Certified as a speed and agility trainer, he proved his abilities by helping lead a high school men’s track & field team to their first state championship in his first year as their sprint coach. In addition to training clients one-on-one, Coach Wayne also leads boot camps, small group workouts, provides nutrition consultation, and has helped other trainers improve their technique and leadership skills.

Discovering a passion for motivational speaking and leading youth to experience holistic transformations, Coach Wayne created “The Follow Me Project”, a program that focuses on youth wellness, growth and development. Through his personal training brand, TRM Fitness & Sports Performance, Coach Wayne has proudly helped men and women of all ages, backgrounds and fitness levels take on their biggest physical and mental challenges encouraging them to gain a winning mindset. Believing that an enjoyable, balanced lifestyle is key and that there is no such thing as a one-size-fits-all regime, his focus is to help clients find their freedom in fitness.
