Friends Pavilion offers private lessons for individuals and groups. Our professional team members and trainers focus on individual strengths and weaknesses, and create a specialized method to develop and refine each player’s skills. Our instructors analyze and cultivate the mechanics of each player until they are fundamentally sound and correct. Once the mechanics are learned, students utilize the Friends Pavilion cricket facilities for repetitive practice, ensuring that those proper mechanics become constant.
Friends Pavilion offers private fitness and sport performance lessons for individuals and groups. Our professional team members and trainers focus on personal training with individually designed plans to fit each client’s training level and needs. Sport performance fitness focus to generate sport-specific changes within the muscles and support systems of athletes, fitness activities should also improve psychological preparation, sport skill development, and other qualities that will transfer to sport performance. Health fitness session are designed to ensure to incorporate aerobic fitness, strength training, core exercises, balance training, and flexibility and stretching into your exercise plan that help you promote fitness for life. We also provide group sessions and boot camps for those that want to push themselves to the next level of health and fitness.
